Key Specifications

• Purpose: Dense lawn establishment and decorative landscaping.
• Height: A low-growing variety, reaching only 20–40 cm, which significantly reduces mowing frequency.
• Appearance: Maintains a lush, vibrant green leaf color throughout the entire vegetation season.

The standout feature of this variety is its genetically inherent resistance to common grass pathogens. Bred specifically with regional phytopathological challenges in mind, 'Vera' exhibits strong resistance to powdery mildew and various types of rot. This durability reduces the need for frequent fungicide applications, making it an excellent choice for areas with higher humidity levels where fungal diseases typically thrive.

In the regional market, 'Vera' occupies the niche of a professional-grade lawn grass. Its compact growth habit makes it ideal for public parks, residential properties, and intricate garden designs where a tidy look with minimal maintenance is required. The plant adapts well to varying soil types and ensures rapid sod formation, providing a stable, high-quality turf cover that persists over time.
