Operational Benefits and Maintenance

The core advantage of this variety is its exceptional resistance to mechanical stress. Whether utilized as high-density pasture or a decorative lawn, it withstands foot traffic effectively. The grass maintains a vibrant green color throughout the growth cycle with minimal maintenance.

• Seeding rate: Optimal density is achieved at 30–40 g/m².
• Disease Resistance: Naturally resistant to Helminthosporium and powdery mildew, which significantly lowers operational costs associated with fungicide applications.
• Application: Highly versatile, suitable for both agricultural grazing and professional turf installation.

By choosing Sverdlovskaya 37, you reduce the time and budget spent on site restoration and chemical interventions. It is a cost-effective choice for those prioritizing ease of management and structural integrity of the grass cover.
