Nordic Oats is a whole grain oat groats produced in Finland and supplied to the Ukrainian market. The groats are distinguished by their light orange color with white streaks and a soft nutty aroma that is preserved during the preparation of porridge, muesli, or baking. In 100 grams of the product, there is about 12–14% protein, 65–70% carbohydrates (of which 10–12% are complex sugars), 7–8% fat, and 5–6% dietary fiber. The composition includes B1–B3 vitamins, magnesium, zinc, and antioxidants, making the oats an excellent source of energy and nutrients for an active lifestyle.
The product is packed in a sturdy bag (250 g or 500 g) and stored at temperatures up to 25 °C. With proper storage, the shelf life is 10–12 months, ensuring a long period of use without loss of quality. The oats dissolve quickly: in a few minutes in hot water or milk, it is ready to consume, and it can also be added to soups, salads, and dishes to increase the nutritional value.
Nordic is a completely natural product without preservatives and artificial flavorings. It is suitable as a base for breakfasts, as well as an ingredient for baking, and can be used by athletes and people striving for a healthy lifestyle. During long-term storage in humid conditions, the growth of mold fungi is possible, so it is recommended to keep the oats in a dry place. In case of gluten (avenin) sensitivity, contained in small amounts, caution should be exercised.
