Festuca arundinacea variety OTARIA – a perennial species with a powerful deep root system, ensuring resistance to heat and drought. The light green leaves have a length of up to 52 cm and a width of up to 0.8 cm, while the silicic acid content is significantly reduced, improving the plant's threshability. The growth height reaches up to 120 cm in optimal conditions, but is usually around 80–90 cm, with a maturation period of 51 to 66 days after the start of spring growth.

Variety OTARIA is distinguished by high adaptability to various soils and climatic conditions. It grows quickly, adapts well to both sunny and shaded areas, and demonstrates good grass density and floret quality. Due to its resistance to pests and diseases, as well as the absence of damage during the vegetative period, the ryegrass is suitable for lawns with low maintenance requirements.

Green mass yield is 241–280 c/ha, dry matter – 55–60 c/ha, making the variety suitable for both decorative lawns and use in fodder grass mixtures. Seeds are supplied with a full set of documents on variety purity and sowing qualities, complying with the requirements of GOST R52325‑2005. Packaging – 1 kg (or 20 kg), application rate – 1 kg of seeds per 30 m².
