Fescue Report

Why professionals choose "Report" fescue for high-traffic areas

When it comes to landscaping high-traffic areas, the biggest challenge is turf wear. "Report" is a case where German breeding truly delivers value. It is a fescue variety that acts as a real "fighter" on any lawn.

Durability and Disease Resistance

For an operator, the most critical factor is how quickly the turf recovers after heavy foot traffic or equipment use. "Report" fescue is highly resistant to trampling. Where standard mixes develop bald patches, this variety maintains its density. Notably, it shows strong resistance to powdery mildew and red thread, which are the main headaches for any agronomist working with decorative lawns in humid climates. Fewer fungicide applications mean lower maintenance costs for the site.

Visuals and Maintenance

The green color of the leaf is rich and maintains its appeal even during moderate moisture shortages. In terms of maintenance, "Report" is predictable: it does not require excessive mowing, tolerates cutting exceptionally well, and regenerates rapidly. This makes it an ideal choice for:

• Urban parks and squares with high traffic.
• Decorative landscaping for office premises.
• Sports fields where the visual component is crucial.

The "Report" variety does not disappoint during sowing: the germination rate is consistently high, and the sod forms fast enough to suppress weeds during the early growth stages.
