DASAS Meadowgrass is a variety of *Poa trivialis* grass specifically selected for seeding on dark and wet areas, including cold regions. It features high seed germination (up to 90%) and a dense outer shell, ensuring disease resistance and excellent storage stability for up to 12 months at 4 °C.
The variety boasts excellent shade tolerance, frost resistance, and the ability to withstand low cutting heights. Thanks to its vertical growth structure, DASAS Meadowgrass is suitable for use in mixes for golf course lawns, sports fields, and winter football pitches. Depending on the intended use, its content in mixes varies: 10–15% for shaded areas, 10–20% for golf course seeding, and 20–30% for winter football pitches.
DASAS Meadowgrass blends easily with other grass types, such as meadow fescue, red fescue, and hard fescue. It is suitable both as a standalone variety and as part of multi-mixes for creating lawns in wet and shaded areas, as well as for overseeding under pine trees. Thanks to its characteristics, it ensures a stable turf with good ball roll and low maintenance requirements.
