Fescue TRUBADIX

Why Trubadix is the Professional's Choice for Landscaping

Creating a perfect lawn starts with the right genetics. The fescue variety Trubadix, developed by the German breeding powerhouse Deutsche Saatveredelung, is more than just seed; it is the result of years of research focused on turf durability. In various climates, pathogens are often the leading cause of bare patches and loss of aesthetic appeal. This is where Trubadix demonstrates its strength against standard market alternatives.

Health Without Chemicals: Disease Resistance

The primary advantage of Trubadix is its natural resistance to powdery mildew and red thread (Laetisaria fuciformis). For private homeowners and professional landscapers, this translates into reduced costs for fungicide treatments. Red thread is a common scourge for decorative grasses during high-humidity periods, yet this variety maintains turf density even under challenging environmental conditions.

Aesthetics and Density

The rich green color of the leaves ensures excellent visual uniformity. The grass forms a dense sod that actively suppresses weeds, reducing the need for manual weeding. It is perfectly suited for ornamental landscaping, where both visual appeal and the ability to withstand moderate use are paramount.

• Application: Premium lawn establishment, park areas, and ornamental landscaping.
• Seeding Rate: 20–30 g/m², allowing for efficient seed usage while maintaining high turf density.

Trubadix is ideal for those who prefer to spend less time fighting turf diseases and more time enjoying the landscape. This is German breeding at its best: reliability, predictability, and a commitment to producing a high-quality green carpet that retains its fresh color and uniformity over time.
