Oatgrass is perfect for use in gardens and parks as well as on balconies or small plots. It prefers moderate temperatures: daytime 18–22 °C and nighttime not lower than 12 °C, as well as moderate soil moisture – periodic watering ensures optimal growth, while the plant is resistant to minor droughts.
For plant care, it is important to control the presence of fungal root system infections and bacterial infections, which can lead to rotting or leaf loss. Pests such as spider mites and scale insects require timely control.
