"Udacha Odeska" is classified as a medium-height variety, reaching 90–100 cm. This height provides a structural balance that minimizes lodging risks while ensuring efficient nutrient allocation to the grain. The potential yield ranges from 7 to 10 tons per hectare, depending on soil quality and the precision of the cultivation technology applied.
