The grain quality of this variety is characterized by high flour strength (445-480 arbitrary units), gluten content of 28.5-34.4%, and protein content of 12-14.4%, making it valuable for bakery industry. The grain is large, oval-shaped, reddish in color with high glassiness, and 1000-grain weight ranges from 46.5-50.4 g.
