Wheat variety FAGUS is an early-maturing winter type with high grain quality and stable yield potential. This variety exhibits increased resistance to major wheat diseases, including powdery mildew and rust, ensuring reliable cultivation even under challenging weather conditions such as drought and frost. The optimal sowing period for FAGUS is from September 10 to 25, with a seeding rate of 3.6–4.2 million seeds per hectare. Packaging is done in 25 kg bags. FAGUS is characterized by excellent tillering ability, promoting the formation of a large number of productive tillers and ears with high grain density. The stem, approximately 90 cm long, is sufficiently strong and highly resistant to lodging, which is crucial for maintaining yield. This variety belongs to the glumeless wheat types and demonstrates high winter hardiness and tolerance to stress factors, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. Yield potential ranges from 90 to 120 centners per hectare, protein content in grain is 13.4–13.7%, and crude gluten content is 27.8–28.5%. The 1000-grain weight varies from 36.9 to 44.0 grams. Due to its excellent qualities and resistance, FAGUS is suitable for obtaining high-quality grain with good baking properties.
