Cup is winter wheat developed through self-pollination and created in Ukraine. This variety is intended for grain use and is distinguished by high quality, confirmed by strong yield performance and disease resistance. The product is marketed under the Growex Market brand and by Ukrainian seed producers.
The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness and disease resistance, allowing successful cultivation in various climatic conditions. Medium-early maturity ensures timely harvest, and the protein content in the grain reaches 14%, making it attractive for producing high-quality flour and other cereal products.
To achieve maximum yield, which can reach 8 to 10 tons per hectare, it is recommended to sow wheat in September–October, use complex fertilizers, and harvest at full maturity. These agronomic practices help maintain and improve the quality characteristics of the grain.
