Wheat Kubok

Stable Yields with Minimal Effort

When working with 'Kubok' winter wheat from the Selection and Genetics Institute, you quickly appreciate its reliability. This is a case where plant genetics actively works to reduce your operating costs. With a yield potential of 8-9 tons per hectare, the variety is forgiving of minor technological errors, which is crucial in today's unpredictable climate.

Agronomic Advantages

• High resistance to brown rust and septoria—a key factor that allows for a reduction in fungicide applications.
• Resistance to fusarium head blight minimizes the risk of losing grain quality during wet weather in the filling stage.
• Resistance to powdery mildew simplifies crop monitoring during the early stages of development.

The originator has done significant work on the plant's physiology: the variety is plastic, tillers well, and efficiently utilizes nitrogen fertilizers. For the operator, this translates into predictable grain yields and the absence of unpleasant surprises like lodging or widespread fungal infections, even when weather conditions force a delay in application timing.

What the Farm Gains

Farmers choose 'Kubok' not for experimentation, but for planned, consistent results. Working with this variety, you realize that the investment in high-quality seed pays off through excellent gluten quality and stable output. It is a reliable tool for those who prioritize margin per hectare and value predictability in the field.
