«Harus» is classified as a soft wheat variety with excellent milling and baking properties. A gluten content of 25–30% makes this crop highly marketable. A thousand-kernel weight (TKW) of 40–45 grams confirms its high yield potential under standard seeding rates. While the variety is resilient enough to handle various soil types, it reaches its peak productivity on fertile fields where the head density and grain filling can be fully utilized.
