BEZOSTAYA 100

Bezostaya 100 is a medium-early variety of soft winter wheat, belonging to the lutescens group. The plant is of medium height with a semi-erect bush, its height varying from 81 to 104 cm. The ear is cylindrical, of medium length or long, white in color and of medium density, with very short awn-like appendages at the end. There is no wax coating on the upper internode and ear, or it is expressed very weakly, which is also characteristic of the sheath of the flag leaf. The lower ear glume has very weak pubescence, and the cusp is slightly curved and short. Pubescence on the apical segment of the ear axis on the convex side is absent or very weak. The grain is colored, the mass of 1000 grains ranges from 37 to 45 grams. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness, resistance to lodging and shattering, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. The vegetative period lasts from 221 to 296 days. Bezostaya 100 belongs to the intensive type of varieties and demonstrates good drought resistance at the level of the Ayvina standard. The average yield in various regions ranges from 47.5 to 70 centners per hectare, while maximum indicators reached 100.7 c/ha. The sowing rate is 5 million viable seeds per hectare. The baking qualities of the Bezostaya 100 variety are recognized as excellent, which is confirmed by the high protein content (from 15%) and gluten content (from 27%). This makes the grain particularly valuable for the production of high-quality flour and bakery products. The variety is recommended for cultivation in the Central Black Earth, North Caucasus, and Lower Volga regions, and is also successfully cultivated in the Zaporizhzhia region. Due to its characteristics and stable yield, Bezostaya 100 is a strong and in-demand wheat among agricultural producers.
