Peremoga Odeska — this is a modern, high-yielding variety of winter soft wheat, developed by the Selection-Genetic Institute in Odesa. It is intended for obtaining stable high yields on fertile agricultural lands of elevated productivity, confirmed by results of state variety trials in 2019–2020, where yields reached 7.6–8.8 t/ha, exceeding the standard by 13.3–18%. This variety is characterized by a short stem height of 82–86 cm, which contributes to its high resistance to lodging, shattering, and pre-harvest sprouting.
Peremoga Odeska has high cold and winter hardiness, as well as drought and heat resistance, making it an optimal choice for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including steppe, forest-steppe, and Polissia. Protein content in the grain ranges from 12.6–13.4%, gluten content is 28–30%, and flour strength is 280–310 units of activity, meeting requirements for high-quality bread wheat.
This wheat variety is available in elite and superelite reproductions, ensuring high seed quality for planting. The combination of high yield, excellent grain quality, and adaptability to stressful growing conditions makes Peremoga Odeska a reliable and profitable choice for farmers seeking maximum results on their fields.
