KARAVAN is a variety of soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) characterized by early maturity and medium height. It possesses lodging resistance, which helps preserve the yield under unfavorable weather conditions. The variety's vegetative period ranges from 212 to 278 days, while the mass of 1000 grains varies between 39-47 grams. The yield reaches 55.7 centners per hectare, making this variety attractive for agricultural production. KARAVAN is recommended for cultivation in various climatic zones, including the Northern, Central, and South-foothill zones of Krasnodar Krai, the Republic of Adygea, as well as the Azov and Southern zones of Rostov Oblast.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to common wheat diseases, such as powdery mildew, septoria, and yellow rust. This ensures yield stability and reduces the need for frequent fungicide application, which positively affects the economic efficiency of cultivation. Thanks to its quality characteristics, KARAVAN is widely used for producing high-quality flour and bakery products, confirming its value in the agro-industrial complex.

In addition, KARAVAN wheat is used as fodder grain for animal husbandry. It contains a high level of protein, B and E vitamins, as well as important amino acids, such as lysine, and minerals, including phosphorus. This makes it a valuable component of compound feeds, contributing to improved nutrition and animal productivity. Grain moisture does not exceed 15%, which corresponds to quality standards for fodder grain and ensures its long-term storage and preservation of beneficial properties.
