The Voxxod rice variety is a medium-maturing type of italic rice recommended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Krasnodar Krai, North Caucasus region, and Primorsky Krai. This variety is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 117.8 c/ha, as well as resistance to shattering and lodging. The stem is medium-height or short, with no or weak bending of the panicle, which facilitates cultivation and harvest collection. The mass of 1000 grains varies within 26-37 grams, and the length of the chaffed grain is short, which corresponds to high technological and culinary indicators of the variety.

The Voxxod variety is characterized by high resistance to diseases, in particular to pyricularia, which ensures the stability of the yield and grain quality. The vegetative period is about 100-110 days, which makes it medium-maturing and suitable for regions with various climatic conditions. The technological and culinary qualities of the rice are high, which makes it a valuable product for the food industry and home use.

The nutritional value of Voxxod rice is due to the high content of carbohydrates, which are slowly absorbed, providing prolonged satiety of the body. The grain contains a significant amount of dietary fibers, necessary for the health of the digestive system, as well as essential amino acids such as valine, leucine, tryptophan, phenylalanine and tyrosine, which are important for the proper functioning of the body. The absence of gluten makes this rice safe for people with gluten allergy. For quality preservation, it is recommended to store rice in a dry, well-ventilated room at a temperature not exceeding +25°C and relative air humidity not exceeding 70%.
