Description Ataman
Ataman is a variety of rice (Oryza sativa L.) recommended for cultivation in the Krasnodar region. It belongs to the group of late and very late-maturing varieties, is characterized by high resistance to shattering and lodging, which contributes to crop preservation. The maximum yield of the variety reaches 104.9 centners per hectare, and its technological and culinary indicators are recognized as excellent, making it in demand among agricultural producers of the region.

In addition, a systemic herbicide under the name Ataman is produced, intended for the control of annual and perennial dicotyledonous and grass weeds. The active ingredient of the preparation is potassium salt of glyphosate at a concentration of 663 g/l. The herbicide is applied to crops of various cultures, including rice, oats, sunflower, wheat, rye, and barley, and is applied once as a foliar spray to growing weeds.

The preparation has high solubility, fast action, and resistance to washing away by rain, which ensures effective destruction of weeds under various conditions – on fields, in orchards, parks, and forests. The herbicide consumption rate depends on the type of weed and the conditions of application, and treatment is recommended to be carried out 12-14 days before mechanical soil processing to achieve maximum effect.
