ARGAMAK

ARGAMAK is a mid-season variety of rice (Oryza sativa L.) created through selection using interspecific hybridization and selection. It is distinguished by high yield and resistance to grain shattering, making it attractive to agrarians. The plants are medium-sized, reaching a height of about 93 cm, with panicles 16 cm long, on which 140 to 145 oval grains are formed. The weight of 1000 grains is 27-30 grams, indicating the grain's size and quality.

The variety has high resistance to diseases, in particular to pyricularia, and adapts well to various climatic conditions and soil types. The vegetative period lasts about 119 days, allowing effective planning of sowing operations. The variety's yield in various regions reaches an average of 8.79 tons per hectare, confirming its high productivity and economic efficiency.

ARGAMAK is recommended for cultivation in Krasnodar Krai, Rostov Oblast, and neighboring regions of the North Caucasian district. The technological and culinary indicators of the variety are at a high level, making it in demand both in agriculture and the food industry. Due to its qualities, the variety is widely used to produce quality rice with good nutritional properties.
