Rice RASSVET

Rassvet is a medium-maturing rice variety (Oryza sativa L.) from the Italica group, bred for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Primorsky and Krasnodar Krai. This variety is characterized by high disease resistance, particularly to Pyricularia, as well as high resistance to shattering and lodging, which helps preserve the crop and improve grain quality.

The mass of 1000 grains of the Rassvet variety ranges from 27 to 33 grams, indicating large-grainedness and good raw material quality. Yield varies depending on the region and growing conditions: in Primorsky Krai, the maximum yield reached 41.9 c/ha, while in Krasnodar Krai, the average yield is about 76.1 c/ha, with a maximum of 117.8 c/ha. Such figures make the variety attractive for agricultural production.

Technological and culinary qualities of the Rassvet variety are evaluated as high and good, allowing its grain to be used for various culinary purposes. Due to its characteristics, the variety is suitable for cultivation in different climatic conditions, ensuring a stable and quality yield.
