The potato variety VIVIANA belongs to the mid-early maturing types with a vegetation period of 70-75 days. The tubers have a round-oval shape, light-yellow skin, and creamy flesh with a slightly mealy texture and excellent oily flavor. The average tuber size is 30-45 mm, with marketable tuber weight ranging from 60 to 120 grams. Dry matter and starch content are within 13-15%, making this variety versatile for various cooking methods without color change after thermal processing.

The VIVIANA variety is characterized by high yield — from 40 to 70 tons per hectare — as well as good storability, reaching 87%. The potato is resistant to mechanical damage and greening, which is important during harvesting and transportation. For successful cultivation, avoid planting in cold soil and pre-warm the tubers. Additionally, it is advisable to use fungicides for protection against Alternaria and observe optimal planting depth and light exposure.

Special attention is given to the variety's resistance to various diseases and pests. VIVIANA exhibits increased resistance to nematodes, late blight, common scab, viruses PVY and PVA, as well as potato cancer, black leg, brown spot, and leaf curl.
