WHITE RIPE

White Ripe pepper is a fast-maturing hybrid sweet pepper, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and protected soil. The plant is medium-height and compact, reaching a height of 40 to 55 cm, making it convenient for maintenance and harvest. The bushes are strong and stem-like, which contributes to resistance against adverse growing conditions and simplifies agricultural techniques.

The fruits of the White Ripe pepper have a conical or round-cuboid shape with dense and thick skin; the wall thickness varies from 5-6 mm to 12 mm depending on the description, ensuring good marketability and long storage life. In technical maturity, the fruits are yellowish or cream-colored, while in biological maturity they acquire a bright red hue.
