Enisey pepper variety is early maturing and high-yielding, reaching technical maturity in 115-120 days after germination. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings, making it versatile for various climatic conditions. Plants are semi-spreading, reaching up to 80 cm in height, which ensures ease of care and harvesting.

The fruits of Enisey pepper are cube-shaped, glossy, weighing 180-200 grams. They feature very thick and juicy walls, 8-10 mm thick, which gives them excellent taste qualities — the peppers are aromatic and sweet. Due to these characteristics, the fruits are ideal for fresh consumption in salads, as well as for canning, baking, and freezing. Additionally, the peppers are well-suited for transportation, which is important for commercial cultivation.

Growing this variety requires sowing seeds in seedlings, followed by transplanting at the stage of one true leaf. Seedlings are transplanted at 60-70 days old, with a density of 3-4 plants per square meter. For optimal plant development, plants are trained on trellises with two stems and require regular watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilization. Yield under plastic coverings reaches 7.5-9.0 kg per square meter, confirming the variety's high productivity.
