VOEVODA pepper is a medium-maturing hybrid intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is medium-height, reaching 60-65 cm, which ensures ease of care and harvesting. The maturation period is approximately 111-115 days, allowing for a stable and high-quality harvest throughout the season.
VOEVODA fruits are large, prismatic in shape, weighing 160-200 grams, sometimes up to 300 grams. In technical ripeness, they are green, and in biological ripeness, they turn yellow-orange with an aromatic, sweet, and juicy flavor. The fruit wall thickness is 6-7 mm, giving them density and good marketability. The hybrid is distinguished by excellent taste qualities, making it suitable for fresh consumption and various culinary processing methods.
Additionally, VOVEVODA exhibits high resistance to cracking, disease development including cercosporosis, and pests. The fruits have good storability and do not crack during transportation, allowing them to be stored for an extended period while retaining their flavor for up to 5-6 months. These properties make the hybrid especially valuable for commercial cultivation and marketing.
