White Star

The "White Star" pepper is an early-maturing sweet pepper variety characterized by high yield and attractive appearance. The plant is medium-height and compact, making it easy to grow both in open ground and in greenhouses and polytunnels. The variety is highly resistant to fusarium and verticillium, and also tolerant to abiotic stress, ensuring good adaptation to various climatic conditions.

The peppers have a conical shape and smooth surface. In technical maturity, they are ivory-colored, and in biological maturity, they turn into a glossy bright red. The average fruit weight ranges from 100 to 140 grams, with pericarp wall thickness varying from 5 to 7 mm, resulting in juicy and aromatic flesh. The ripening period is relatively short: technical maturity is reached in 55–60 days, and biological maturity in 70–75 days after transplanting.

This variety features uniform ripening and high fruit set, ensuring a stable and abundant yield. "White Star" pepper is versatile in use: it is excellent for fresh consumption, canning, stuffing, and various culinary preparations.
