Aivenko — One of the earliest sweet pepper varieties. From full emergence to technical fruit ripeness — 105-115 days, to biological ripeness — 125-135 days. The Aivenko variety plant is medium-height, compact, semi-stemmed. Fruits are conical, 2-3-chambered, smooth, weighing 95-140 g. In technical ripeness — cream-white, in biological ripeness — red, flesh thickness 4-7 mm. The sweet pepper variety Aivenko stands out for its high fruit commercial quality. Suitable for harvesting both in technical (yellow) and biological (red) ripeness. Yield of Aivenko pepper — 60-80 tons/ha. The Aivenko pepper variety is resistant to verticillium wilt, alternaria, and mosaic. Grown through seedlings. Currently, the most common method of growing pepper seedlings is sowing seeds in trays. To obtain an earlier harvest for fresh consumption, plant 60-65-day-old seedlings. The Aivenko pepper variety tolerates dense planting. Planting density — 60-80 thousand plants/ha.
