ZLATA PRAHA

Zlata Praha is an early-maturing hybrid of sweet pepper, suitable for cultivation in both open and protected soil. The ripening period is 95-100 days. Plants are bush-type, compact, about 60 cm tall, and do not require special pruning. Bushes form upright and dense branches, facilitating care and harvest. Fruits are hanging, conical in shape with three chambers and an average wall thickness of 5-7 mm. In technical maturity, fruits are milky or yellow, and in biological maturity, they have a rich red color. Average fruit weight ranges from 120 to 150 grams. The pepper has a pleasant sweet taste and is versatile in use. It is ideal for fresh consumption, stuffing, canning, processing, and freezing. Mature fruits contain elevated levels of vitamin C and beta-carotene, making them nutritious and beneficial. The hybrid has high heat tolerance and resistance to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and verticillium wilt (Va, Vd), ensuring a stable yield even under challenging cultivation conditions. The commercial quality and transportability of Zlata Praha pepper are high, allowing the fruits to retain freshness and attractive appearance during transport and storage. Recommended planting density is 4-5 plants per square meter, or according to the scheme 40x30 cm. Yield reaches 5-6 kg per square meter in open soil and more than 7 kg in protected soil. The hybrid is produced in the Czech Republic, guaranteeing high seed quality and compliance with modern agronomic standards.
