The pepper variety Irina Sedeck is a medium-maturing variety intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic covers. The plant is compact, semi-spreading, medium-height, reaching a height of 40 to 45 cm. The fruits have a conical shape, drooping and slightly glossy. In technical ripeness, they are light green, and in biological ripeness — bright red. The fruit mass ranges from 100 to 130 grams, with wall thickness varying from 4 to 5 mm. The fruits are juicy and have an excellent taste, making them versatile in use.

The variety is characterized by high yield, reaching 5 kg per square meter, as well as resistance to verticillium wilt, which significantly increases cultivation reliability. Irina Sedeck pepper is marked by abundant and prolonged fruiting, enabling stable harvests over an extended period. Moreover, the fruits withstand transportation well, making the variety attractive for commercial cultivation and marketing.

For planting, seedlings are recommended, with plants spaced 40x50-70 cm apart. Seedling planting occurs in March, and harvesting takes place in July-August. Plant height may vary from 35 to 50 cm depending on growing conditions. Due to its characteristics and universal application, the Irina Sedeck variety is suitable both for private farms and professional vegetable growing.
