Pepper WHITE LIGHTNING

The 'White Lightning' pepper variety is mid-season and intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is semi-spreading, reaching a height of 1 to 1.2 meters, which ensures ease of care and harvesting. The fruits have an elongated-conical shape, smooth and glossy surface. In technical ripeness, they are light cream-white, and in biological ripeness, they acquire a creamy hue. The fruit mass ranges from 100 to 120 grams, with a wall thickness of up to 5 mm. This variety is distinguished by a sweet taste with a slight spiciness of the ribs, giving the pepper a piquant flavor. The fruits are juicy and rich in sugars and vitamins, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption. Up to 20 fruits form simultaneously on one plant, ensuring abundant fruiting and high yield. 'White Lightning' is valued for its disease resistance and resilience to adverse weather conditions, allowing cultivation in various climatic zones. The pepper is suitable for diverse applications: it is used for preparing spicy salads, as a 'paprika' seasoning, and also for drying and freezing. These qualities make this variety universal and popular among gardeners and cooks.
