The 'Bublik' pepper variety is a medium- or early-maturing, thick-walled variety intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic covers. The plant has a medium height of about 60-70 cm, with a spreading or compact bush form and dark green, slightly wrinkled leaves. The fruits of this variety have an original flat-round shape with a glossy, drooping appearance, giving them an attractive look.

The 'Bublik' variety fruits weigh between 80 to 150 grams, with wall thickness ranging from 7 to 10 millimeters, ensuring their juiciness and density. In technical maturity, they are light green, and in biological maturity, they turn bright red or dark red. The pepper has an excellent sweet taste, making it suitable for fresh consumption as well as for canning, freezing, and stuffing.

This variety is characterized by high yield, reaching 5.0–6.1 kg per square meter, and resistance to Verticillium wilt. It exhibits uniform fruiting and high technological qualities, making it attractive for cultivation both in private gardens and on small farms. Plastic covering is recommended to improve growing conditions and increase yield.
