Intervent — a high-yielding, mid-season variety; from emergence to technical maturity 125-130 days, to biological maturity — 158 days. The plant is indeterminate, vigorous, branched, semi-spreading, reaching a height of 90-120 cm. Fruits are conical, very long, hanging, 2-3-chambered, measuring 20-27×5.5-6.5 cm, weighing 200-250 g; dark green at technical maturity, dark red at biological maturity; pericarp thickness 4-5 mm. The fruit stem is not sunken into the base of the fruit. It exhibits high productivity and excellent flavor qualities, with intense and prolonged fruiting. Resistant to tobacco mosaic virus. Intended for spring-summer cultivation in heated plastic and glass-covered greenhouses. Planting density 3-5 plants/m2. Plants are trained to two stems with tying.
