Pepper SNYEGOK

The 'Snegok' sweet pepper variety belongs to the ultra-early maturing group, ripening within 95-106 days from full emergence to the beginning of technical fruit maturity. The plant is bushy, tall, and compact, making it convenient to grow both in greenhouses and open ground. Fruits have a cylindrical or prism-like shape, smooth and large, weighing about 150 grams. In technical maturity, they are light green, and in biological maturity, they turn bright red, making them attractive to consumers. 'Snegok' pepper features a fleshy, juicy structure with a thick fruit wall, reaching up to 9 mm, especially at the base. This quality makes it ideal for stuffing and use in salads. Fruits retain their flavor even after freezing, expanding their culinary applications. Additionally, the variety exhibits high commercial yield — up to 93% — and productivity of about 11.6 kg per square meter. One of its key advantages is high resistance to tobacco mosaic virus, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest under various growing conditions, including low temperatures. Fruits store well without losing flavor or appearance, making 'Snegok' an attractive choice for farmers and gardeners seeking an early and reliable harvest of sweet peppers.
