In technical maturity, they are light green, and in biological maturity, they turn bright red, making them attractive to consumers. 'Snegok' pepper features a fleshy, juicy structure with a thick fruit wall, reaching up to 9 mm, especially at the base. This quality makes it ideal for stuffing and use in salads. Fruits retain their flavor even after freezing, expanding their culinary applications. Additionally, the variety exhibits high commercial yield — up to 93% — and productivity of about 11.6 kg per square meter.
