Luchik

Meadow fescue variety «Luchik» is an annual crop distinguished by large green leaves and a thick rind. The recommended sowing time is late March (March 15–20), which allows for harvest during spring and early summer. For optimal growth, moderate watering and soil with pH 6‑7 are required, where meadow fescue shows high resistance to diseases and pests.

The yield of the «Luchik» variety reaches 12–14 kg/m² with proper care. The product quality is characterized by good taste value: juicy leaves with a soft texture, without sharp bitterness and unpleasant aromas. Thanks to the thick rind, meadow fescue retains freshness longer, making it attractive both for consumers and for processing.

Meadow fescue «Luchik» is easily cultivated under various climatic conditions due to moderate frost resistance and drought tolerance. With insufficient moisture, growth slows down, so regular watering is necessary to achieve maximum yield.
