Almaz

The winter triticale variety «Almaz» is a high-yielding crop with pronounced winter hardiness and resistance to various pathogens, including brown rust and root rots. The plants are semi-erect, of medium height ranging from 87 to 123 cm, with a medium-length spike of 9.5-10.6 cm, dense and fully awned. The grain is red in color, of medium size and semi-elongated shape, with a 1000-grain weight varying from 31.5 to 51.7 g, ensuring good quality raw material for the food industry.

The «Almaz» variety is characterized by high yield, reaching an average of 35.9 c/ha, with maximum indicators up to 72.9 c/ha under optimal growing conditions.
