Triticale Kharkivskaya Support

Reliable Yields for Spring Triticale

The «Opora kharkivska» variety, developed by the V. Ya. Yuriev Plant Production Institute, has established itself as a staple in Ukrainian agriculture. In an era of unpredictable climate shifts, this spring triticale variety provides the plasticity and disease resistance that modern farmers require to maintain sustainable production.

Key Advantages of the Variety

The defining strength of «Opora kharkivska» lies in its robust genetic resistance to major pathogens. The variety demonstrates exceptional efficacy against wheat leaf rust, septoria, and powdery mildew. This isn't merely a feature on paper; it translates into a tangible reduction in fungicide applications, which is vital for maintaining margins in today's competitive market.

• Spring Growth Habit: Offers flexibility in crop rotation and serves as an excellent option for reseeding winter crop failures.
• Biologically Optimized: Developed within the Ukrainian agricultural context, ensuring predictable performance across domestic soil types.
• Disease Mitigation: Strong natural immunity to fungal infections reduces the pressure on management during high-moisture periods.

Who is it for?

«Opora kharkivska» is an optimal choice for producers focused on high-efficiency farming who aim to minimize chemical inputs. It performs exceptionally well in regions where the risks of rust and septoria are historically elevated. By choosing this variety, growers are investing in reliable protection, ensuring that the crop remains healthy and productive even under challenging environmental conditions.
