Description RUBINOVY
The 'Rubinovy' pepper variety belongs to the Gogoshara type, characterized by medium maturity and high yield. From germination to biological ripeness, it takes about 160-170 days, and to technical ripeness — approximately 110 days. The plant reaches a height of 35 to 80 centimeters, forming a compact bush. The fruits have a round-oval shape with a smooth, glossy surface, a diameter of 8 to 9 centimeters, and a height of up to 7 centimeters. Fruit weight varies from 70 to 160 grams, with wall thickness of 6-10 millimeters, ensuring tender and juicy flesh.

Fruits in the technical ripeness phase are light green, and upon reaching biological ripeness, they turn into a rich ruby-red hue. The variety is distinguished by excellent taste and technological qualities, making it suitable for both fresh consumption and processing. 'Rubinovy' pepper is resistant to verticillium wilt, enhancing its reliability during cultivation.

For successful cultivation, plants should be placed on sunny, wind-protected sites, preferably using seedlings with an optimal age of 55-56 days. Seeds are sown at a depth of about 2 centimeters. The crop is heat- and moisture-loving, but fresh manure should not be applied, as this may reduce yield and fruit quality. Yield of the variety reaches 30-50 tons per hectare, making it attractive for commercial cultivation.
