GRENADINE BRACELET

Grenadine Bracelet is a pepper variety characterized by high yield and resistance to verticillium wilt. The plant is medium-height, ranging from 35 to 60 cm depending on growing conditions. Bushes can be either spreading or compact, facilitating ease of care and harvest. This variety is sun-loving and heat-loving, developing optimally with sufficient sunlight and temperatures above 13 °C; it dies at 0 °C. Fruits of this variety have diverse shapes — from pod-shaped and pointed to cube-shaped and prism-shaped, weighing from 25-30 g to 170-200 g. Fruit color transitions from green in technical maturity to deep, dark red in biological maturity. Wall thickness varies from 3.5 mm to 10 mm, making them suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and production of sweet ground pepper — paprika. Fruits have excellent flavor and high fruit set, ensuring a stable and uniform yield. For cultivation, use cultivated, non-acidic, well-drained and well-aerated nutrient-rich soils. Sow seeds at the end of February, followed by transplanting into open ground or greenhouses in early May, with a planting density of about 4 plants per linear meter. Due to its qualities, the Grenadine Bracelet variety is suitable for various climatic conditions and uses, including fresh markets and processing.
