Barin — a high-yielding, early-maturing variety: from germination to technical maturity — 100–120 days, to biological maturity — 127–130 days. The plant is semi-determinate, medium-height, sparse, upright, 80–110 cm tall, with good fruit load. The fruit is green, turning red upon ripening, dense, heavy, large, juicy, tomato-shaped, slightly ribbed prism, weighing 170–200 g, measuring 7–8×8–9 cm, pericarp thickness 8–10 mm, with a slight purple tint at the fruit apex. Fruits are 2–3-chambered, suitable for transportation and storage. Characterized by prolonged fruiting and branching. Resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and tip blight. Intended for cultivation in spring unheated and heated greenhouses, as well as in winter-spring rotation. Planting density 3–5 plants/m2.
