Proso millet VITRILLO

Reliable selection for consistent yields

The 'Vitrylo' millet hybrid is a result of long-term breeding efforts at the V. Ya. Yuriev Plant Production Institute (NAAS). Developed in Ukraine, this hybrid serves as a practical solution for farmers aiming to minimize harvest losses. Over the years, Vitrylo has established a strong reputation for maintaining grain quality even under challenging weather conditions.

Agrotechnical profile

The core value of this model lies in its balance between high productivity and mechanical resilience. Exceptional lodging resistance is the standout feature, which facilitates efficient harvesting and ensures minimal field losses. Additionally, the breeding focus on phytosanitary health provides inherent resistance to melanosis, which helps optimize fungicide usage during the growing season.
