TULAYKOVSKAYA 5

TULAYKOVSKAYA 5 is a semi-intensity type variety of soft spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), medium maturity and medium height. The plant is characterized by resistance to lodging and drought at all stages of vegetation, ensuring crop stability under various climatic conditions. The spike has a pyramidal shape of medium density, white color; the grain is elongated and white with a long awn. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 29 to 37 grams depending on the region and growing conditions.

The variety is distinguished by high baking qualities and high protein content (14–15%) and gluten content (25–35%), making it in demand for the production of quality flour and baked goods.
