ORENBURGSKAYA 32 — a soft spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) variety developed under the conditions of the steppe zone of the Southern Urals by intraspecific hybridization and individual selection. This medium-early variety has a vegetative period of 78-85 days and matures 3-4 days earlier than the Ulyanovskaya 105 variety. The plants are of medium height, resistant to lodging, which ensures yield stability. The weight of 1000 grains is 32-38 g, and the grain is characterized by a natural mass of 791-820 g/l and high vitreousness of 80-92 %.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to adverse factors: field drought resistance, low susceptibility to powdery bunt, powdery mildew, and septoria. The content of crude protein in the grain is 13.9-14.6 %, gluten — 29-37 %, which provides good baking qualities.
