Wheat SU QUIZ

The spring wheat variety SU QUIZ is a mid-early, high-yielding variety with a thousand-grain weight of 41-43 g and plant height of about 80 cm. It is characterized by high protein (12.5%) and gluten (23%) content, making it valuable for producing high-quality flour. The plants are low-growing, bushy, providing uniform productive tiller density, and also exhibit high grain-filling capacity due to the formation of a large number of grains.

SU QUIZ shows high resistance to various adverse factors: drought tolerance, cold tolerance, lodging resistance, shattering resistance, and stem brittleness. In addition, the variety exhibits high resistance to rust diseases, powdery mildew, root rots, septoria, and fusarium of the ear. The variety responds well to early sowing dates, including so-called "February windows", and maintains plasticity even at late sowing dates up to mid-April.
