Wheat Sonata Odeska

Sonata Odeska — a winter soft wheat variety characterized by high yield potential and stable grain quality. The vegetation period ranges from 268 to 280 days, and plant height reaches 90–96 cm. The variety possesses genetically enhanced grain content, high gluten and protein levels, ensuring excellent baking properties and making it highly sought after for bread, wheat puree, flour, and other wheat-based products.

This variety exhibits high winter hardiness and frost resistance, enabling successful cultivation in various climatic conditions, including Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia zones. Sonata Odeska demonstrates high adaptability to climatic challenges, features a balanced plant architecture, and responds well to fertilization and foliar feedings, contributing to stable and high yields — up to 102.4 c/ha.

Additionally, the variety has a wide flag leaf with sun-protective coloring, which enhances photosynthetic activity and contributes to resilience under adverse conditions. Due to its qualities and resilience, Sonata Odeska is suitable for organic farming and represents a reliable choice for farmers seeking high-quality seed material and stable wheat yields.
