Description Stolichna
The Stolichna elite wheat variety was created by individual selection and crossing of different varieties. This hybrid is primarily intended for bakery use and belongs to the mid-ripening group. Recommended cultivation zones include the Polissia and forest-steppe regions. The yield potential of this variety ranges from 7.1 to 8.2 tons per hectare, with plant height reaching 105 cm.

Stolichna is distinguished by high resistance to various diseases and stress factors, including lodging, shattering, root rot, septoria, fusarium, brown rust, and powdery mildew, rated 7-8 on the resistance scale. Important agronomic characteristics include protein content at 14.3% and 1000-grain weight around 42.5 grams. The recommended seeding rate is 5.0-5.5 million germinating seeds per hectare.

Due to its qualities and resistance, the Stolichna variety is a reliable choice for bakery production, ensuring stable and high yields. Its use contributes to obtaining high-quality grain with good technological properties, making it popular among agricultural producers in the recommended regions.
