Severodonetskaya Yubileynaya is a soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) variety characterized by medium or early-medium ripening periods and high winter hardiness. The vegetative period ranges from 236 to 357 days depending on the growing region. Plants exhibit medium to medium-high height—ranging from 76 to 114 cm—which ensures good stability against lodging and shattering. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 36 to 50 grams, indicating the variety's large-grained nature. Varieties of this sort include lutescens and erythrospermum, which influence its adaptive and technological properties.

The variety is recommended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Central Black Earth, North Caucasian, Middle Volga, Lower Volga, and Ural regions, as well as the Rostov, Saratov, and Orenburg oblasts. Severodonetskaya Yubileynaya is distinguished by enhanced drought and heat-drought resistance, surpassing standard varieties such as Donskaya Bezostaya in these indicators. Furthermore, the variety can withstand late spring frosts down to –9-10ºC during stem elongation, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable climatic conditions.

The yield of the variety is high and stable: in the Lower Volga region, it reaches approximately 25.8 c/ha, in the Ural region—23.8 c/ha, and in the Rostov region, maximum indicators reach up to 81.7 c/ha. The baking quality of the grain is excellent, making Severodonetskaya Yubileynaya a strong wheat variety in demand by the baking industry.
