Nosiavochka — this is a high-yielding variety of winter soft wheat, developed by the Nosiavka Selection and Research Station in the Chernihiv region. It is characterized by early maturity, short stems, and potential yield up to 10 tons per hectare. The variety has thick straw, providing resistance to lodging, as well as high frost and drought tolerance, making it a reliable choice for various agro-ecological conditions. Nosiavochka exhibits high ecological plasticity, allowing plants to efficiently absorb large doses of nitrogen fertilizers and respond well to timely soil treatments, especially plowing, as well as application of organic fertilizers. These properties contribute to stable growth and development of the crop, increasing its productivity and grain quality. The grain of this variety has 1000-grain weight ranging from 45 to 55 grams, protein content of 14.5–16.0%, and high gluten content of 32–34%, ensuring flour quality and baking properties. The loaf volume from this grain reaches 1200 ml, indicating its high value for food industry. Nosiavochka seeds are available throughout Ukraine with delivery or self-pickup.
