Danzer

Winter wheat variety Danzer is an early-maturing bread wheat variety with high yield potential and excellent quality characteristics. This variety is characterized by high resistance to stressful growing conditions and adapts to various climatic regions, including the Polissia and forest-steppe zones. Danzer has high winter hardiness and resistance to diseases such as Fusarium, brown rust, powdery mildew, septoria, and root rot, ensuring stable yields.

Quality indicators of Danzer wheat include high protein content (13-14.2%), gluten content of 27.3-28.7%, and flour strength ranging from 260-334 arbitrary units. Grain density is 820 g/l, and the 1000-grain weight is high, indicating good raw material quality for the bakery industry. Bread volume from this variety's flour reaches 560 ml, and dough falling number is 354, indicating high flour elasticity and quality.

Agronomic characteristics of the Danzer variety include high tillering ability, resistance to lodging, and high spike density, contributing to maximum yield potential. Sowing rate is 3.5-5.0 million seeds per hectare, and optimal sowing times ensure maximum productivity. Yield potential of this variety reaches 100 c/ha in Ukraine and up to 124 c/ha in the Czech Republic, making Danzer a popular choice for farmers aiming to obtain high-quality and stable yields.
