Corn Amarok 290 is a mid-season hybrid with FAO 320, developed by VNILS for universal use in grain and silage. This simple type of hybrid is distinguished by high adaptability to various agroclimatic conditions, ensuring stable and high yields up to 16 tons per hectare. Due to its characteristics, Amarok 290 is ideal for cultivation in the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe regions of Ukraine.
The hybrid has a high yield potential, providing significant output of both grain and green mass. It has increased starch content, making it especially valuable for feed and grain production. Amarok 290 also exhibits drought tolerance, allowing successful cultivation under limited moisture conditions.
Due to its versatility and adaptability, Amarok 290 is suitable for processing and cultivation under various soil-climatic conditions. This makes it a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve high and stable corn yields for feed purposes as well as grain production.
