Vegetable Pea Yantar

Amber pea is an early-maturing shelling variety with a period from full emergence to the beginning of technical maturity of 49-57 days. Plants are medium-height, reaching 60-70 cm. Pods of this variety are weakly curved, narrow, 6-8 cm long, with a pointed tip and contain 4-6 dark green peas. Seeds are of medium size, strongly wrinkled, which is characteristic of this variety.

The main advantages of the Amber variety are its cold hardiness, high yield, and synchronous fruit ripening. Green peas are characterized by uniform size and rich dark green color, making them attractive to consumers. The taste of fresh and canned peas is excellent, which expands its application possibilities.

The Amber variety is recommended for use fresh, as well as suitable for freezing and canning. Thanks to its characteristics, it is excellent for various processing and storage methods, while maintaining its taste and visual qualities.
