Cabbage Adema F1

Adema F1 cabbage — an early hybrid of white cabbage, developed by breeders of the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan. This variety is characterized by high yield and uniform head maturity within 60-65 days after planting. Plants form dense, round heads weighing from 1.5 to 2.5 kg, with deep green leaves and a waxy coating. Due to its adaptability, the hybrid thrives under various climatic conditions, including dry climates and short-term cold spells, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover.

To achieve maximum yield, it is recommended to grow Adema F1 under cover using plastic film, agrofiber, or in greenhouses, at a planting density of 45-50 thousand plants per hectare. Heads mature uniformly and can remain on the plant for up to four weeks without cracking, facilitating harvesting and providing a storage life of about one month. The yield is easily transportable without loss of quality, making this hybrid attractive for commercial cultivation.

Adema F1 cabbage is valued for its excellent taste, making it ideal for preparing fresh salads and juices, as well as for hot dishes. Additionally, the variety exhibits high resistance to fusarium and thrips, reducing disease risks and enhancing yield stability.
